The Shop in Bad Gastein
Grillparzerstraße 10, a few steps below the pedestrian zone of Bad Gastein, on the way down to the waterfall. A small shop with schnaps and liqueur made to our own recipes, glasses with mountains in them and old pictures of the valley.
From Bad Hofgastein and Dorfgastein it is a short way up, by car, bus or train through the Gastein valley. A good stop on an afternoon after the slopes or the thermal baths.
If you are looking for a souvenir or something to bring home from Gastein, you can taste first: Zirbenschnaps, Mango Habanero, Espresso. Whatever no longer fits in the suitcase, we send home for you.
Opening hours
- Monday to Friday: 15:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 14:00 – 17:00
- Sunday: closed
These hours hold during the season. In October and November, and in May and June, they can change, or the shop is closed for a while. You can always reach us by phone, and we are glad to open the door for a private shopping visit.

Bad Gastein is built into a slope, so most directions here are up or down rather than left or right. From the pedestrian zone, walk down towards the waterfall — Grillparzerstraße runs along the way. You can park right outside the shop, in the short-stay zone.

- Hoodies, shirts and accessories
Bottles can be tasted before you decide. Anything in the shop can also be sent — we ship across Europe — but it is a better story if you carry it down the hill yourself.
