Zirben Gin

A remarkably smooth gin with a true Alpine signature. It opens on classic juniper, clean and bright — then the Zirbe comes through in the finish: soft, woody, unmistakable. The stone pine grows slowly at the treeline above the valley, and it has flavored the local Schnaps for generations.

Drink it neat, over a single large cube, or in a martini that doesn't need much else.
