Zirben Gin

The stone pine grows at the tree line, where the wind decides most things. It takes its time up there, and the Zirbe has a way of finding its way into whatever the valley pours.

Zirben Gin is a gin first. It opens on classic juniper, clean and bright, then the Zirbe comes through in the finish: soft, woody, unmistakable.

How to drink it

Neat, over a single large cube, or in a martini that doesn't need much else. With tonic it gets longer and quieter.

Its relative is Alte Zirbe, the stone pine as a schnapps. Both can be tasted in our shop in Bad Gastein.
