Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

Austria: €4.90, free from €50. Germany, Czech Republic and Poland: €9.90. Italy and the Netherlands: €19.90. Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Belgium and Bulgaria: €29.90. Outside Austria shipping is free from €150. We don't ship to Croatia, Cyprus or Malta, or outside the EU. The full overview is in the shipping policy.

How long does delivery take?

We ship with DPD. To Austria it takes 1–2 business days, to Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy and the Netherlands 3–5, to the other countries in the €29.90 zone 5–8 business days.

Can you send spirits by post?

Yes, within the countries listed above. VAT for your country is shown at checkout and included in the price; the alcohol excise is usually handled by the carrier. In Sweden and Finland customs may ask you to pay the local alcohol tax before they release the parcel. Every shipment carries a full commercial invoice.

How old do I need to be?

Of legal drinking age in your country. The spirit pages ask you to confirm it before you go further.

Do posters and canvases come with the bottles?

No. Wall art is printed to order by our print partner and sent from there, so it arrives in its own parcel. Bottles, glasses and clothing go out from us.

What about glasses, hoodies and shirts?

They ship from us together with the bottles, at the same rates and delivery times.

How do I return something?

Write to [email protected] first; parcels sent back without asking are not accepted. You have 14 days. Once the return is accepted, we send you a return label, free of charge, with instructions. Exceptions are in the refund policy.

Something arrived broken or wrong. What now?

Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. We will look at it and put it right.

How can I pay?

Can I buy in the shop in Bad Gastein?

Yes: Grillparzerstraße 10, 5640 Bad Gastein, a few steps below the pedestrian zone. In season it is open Monday to Friday 15:00–18:00 and Saturday 14:00–17:00. In October and November, and in May and June, the hours can change. Bottles can be tasted first, and whatever no longer fits in the suitcase we send home for you. More on the shop page.
